SMS Document Intake Program

Who receives messages

Recipients are operators (employees or authorized staff) of customer organizations that use Korso Atlas. An operator's mobile number is added to the program by their organization administrator, and the operator must individually confirm consent before any further messages are sent.

How operators consent (opt in)

Consent is captured inside the Korso Atlas web application at https://www.korsoai.com. An organization administrator opens Connectors → SMS Document Intake, enters the operator's mobile number, and — before the operator can be added — must confirm the operator has agreed to receive these messages. The on-screen consent disclosure shown at that step reads:

“By adding an operator, you confirm they have agreed to receive service SMS/MMS messages from Korso Atlas for document intake, verification, operational notifications, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”

The operator then receives a verification message at their mobile number and must complete verification before they can submit documents. Only verified operators can use the program.

Messages you can expect

Messages are service-related only and may include:

• A one-time enrollment/verification confirmation message.
• Confirmation that a document photo was received and is processing.
• Status updates when a document has been processed or attached.
• Requests to resend an unreadable document, and operational or support replies.

Example messages:

• “Korso Atlas: We received your document photo and are processing it for your organization. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
• “Korso Atlas: Your document photo was processed and attached to the matching intake packet. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

Message frequency, rates, and carriers

Message frequency varies based on your use of the service and the documents you submit. Message and data rates may apply. SMS/MMS may not be available on all carriers or in all areas, and delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier, network, or device conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt out

For help, reply HELP to the number you received the message from or email support@korsoai.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
